BG2 Basic controller for two giant scale landing gear (starting with the number 2

The Basic Controller is designed to work two gaint landing gear (starting with the number 2) using a 7.4 volt, 2-cell Li-Po or Li-Ion battery (not included).  Features include current-sensing circuitry to stop voltage to the gear motors when they have moved to the end of their limits, or whenever a mechanical obstruction is detected.  This prevents over-driving of gear motors that may cause damage to the controller and/or gear motors, over-heating of wiring, and draining the retract battery.

The Basic Controller is designed to power the gear motors from a separate 7.4 volt, 2-cell Li-Po or Li-Ion battery.  This eliminates the possibility that the retracts might drain the model’s flight battery and cause a loss of signal.  We recommend a 3000 – 4000mAh battery for best results and minimal extra weight.
